Function Menu

When you tap the main button of the additional menu, you can navigate to the following sections:

• Map

• Reports

• Notifications

Map:

This section allows you to expand the map view for more convenient real-time monitoring of your vehicles. It provides a clear and detailed overview of all vehicle movements and locations on a full-screen map.

Reports:

The screenshot shows the interface of the “Reports” section in the Wiafleet mobile app. This screen allows the user to generate a report for selected vehicles over a specific time period. Below are the key elements and their functions:

• Template
  Allows you to select the type of report. For example:
  “Report by vehicle group” — a report for multiple vehicles grouped into one category (e.g., “Freight Vehicles”).

• Group
  Lets you choose the vehicle group for which the report will be generated (in this case: Freight Vehicles).

• Selected Interval
  Allows you to set the time range for the report:

  • From — start date and time

  • To — end date and time

  The interface includes precise date and time selection (down to minutes), which is useful for generating detailed reports.

• Orientation
  Sets the layout of the final report — vertical. A horizontal layout might also be available, suitable for PDF export or printing purposes.

Notifications:

In this section, you can view all received notifications related to your vehicles. The system displays events triggered by pre-configured conditions — such as speeding, prolonged stops, entering or leaving a geofence, and more.

You can also easily create a new notification tailored to your specific needs, whether it's to monitor driver behavior, track vehicle condition, or ensure route compliance. This helps you respond quickly to critical events and maintain full control over your fleet.
