Reports
In Wiafleet, reports are generated based on pre-configured templates. A template defines which tables and charts will be included in the report and contains all necessary settings for its creation.
Main Types of Reports:
-
Summary Report – includes key metrics on fleet performance: number of trips, stops, speed violations, fuel consumption data, and other important indicators.
-
Trip History – displays all trips of the vehicle for the selected time period.
-
Stops – provides details about all vehicle stops, including time and duration.
-
Engine Hours Report – shows data on engine operation based on engine hour counter readings.
-
Geofence Visits – logs every entry into and exit from predefined geofences.
-
Fuel Movement – includes fuel consumption data along with fueling and draining events.
-
Fuel Graph – a visual report that presents fuel level changes in graph form, linked to engine hours and trips.
-
Speeding – lists all recorded instances of speed limit violations during the selected period.
To simplify access to frequently used reports, you can add templates to the Favorites tab by clicking the ⭐ icon. This allows for quick and convenient report generation.
Running a Report
Once you select the desired report template, the system will redirect you to the time interval selection window.
Set the required time range for the report. Click the "Run Report" button.
After processing, a map will be displayed showing the vehicle's route. Below the map, you’ll see all results as defined by the selected report template.
The generated report can be exported to a PDF or Excel file.
